All hand-made, one-of-a-kind, jewelry purchased from Goldworks are guaranteed to be top quality and free from any defects in materials or workmanship.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the item is delivered to you exactly as you ordered it and free of defects. In the event that you are less than completely satisfied with the materials or workmanship of the piece, Goldworks will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or your money will be refunded.
If you believe your item to be defective, you may return it to us for repair or replacement. Please contact us for return authorization. Upon examination of the returned item, if it is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace it, at our judgment, without charge to you.
Returned jewelry that have been subject to abuse or adverse chemical environments are not covered under this guarantee.
Since each item is custom made, no two are exactly alike. In addition, there may be some variation in color, texture or pattern as compared to what is shown on the Goldworks website; these variations are not covered under this guarantee.
If you have known sensitivities or allergies to certain metals or alloys, please be sure to mention this when ordering your item. Returns for adverse allergic reactions to metal alloys used in the jewelry are not covered under this guarantee.
Returns only will be accepted with prior authorization from Goldworks. If your decision to return the jewelry is based upon an issue with workmanship or materials and we cannot correct the problem, a refund of the original purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15% of all unworn jewelry will be made. The jewelry must be returned within 5 working days of your receiving our Fedex package at which time we will assess whether we can correct the problem. All returns are subject to shipping fee.
